Q. What type of Supervisor's options are?
A. There are two different types of supervisors within the Trainer Experience Portal.
Regardless of whether a supervisor is public or private, the supervisor must accept to having the Warrior logging sessions with them.
Q. How can I sign up as a Public Supervisor?
A. If a supervisor wishes to sign up to become publicly available, they can scan the below QR code and provide their details. This will list them on the Trainer Experience Portal and all Warriors will be able to request to log sessions with them.
Q. How can I sign up as a Public Supervisor?
A. If a supervisor wishes to sign up to become publicly available, they can scan the below QR code and provide their details. This will list them on the Trainer Experience Portal and all Warriors will be able to request to log sessions with them.
Once a Warrior has requested to log sessions with the supervisor, the supervisor will receive a text message from ‘TrainerExp’ with a link. This link is unique to the supervisor and will take them to their individual dashboard.

If the supervisor is new, the supervisor will need to confirm their details prior to accepting the student.
On the dashboard, Supervisors will be able to see Warriors who are wishing to log sessions with them ‘Student Requests’ and sessions that warriors have logged ‘Sessions logged’.

Q. Confirming a Warrior.
A. To allow a Warrior to log sessions with them, a Supervisor will need to accept the request from the Warrior. To do this, the Supervisor needs to log in to their dashboard, click on the ‘Student Requests’ button and then click “Confirm Request’ next to the appropriate Warrior. Once this is done, the Warrior will be able to log sessions with that Supervisor.
Q. Confirming a Session.
A. To confirm a logged session, a Supervisor will need to log in to their dashboard, click on the ‘Sessions Logged’ button and then click “Confirm Session’ next to the appropriate session (see image on the right).
