Warriors will need to locate the specific QR code for their squad in E-Campus.
Then, they will have to scan the QR code with a smartphone and open the link.
Follow the prompts including adding name, contact number, email address and accepting the Terms & Conditions.
Once the sign up process is completed, the warrior will be taken to their dashboard.
2. LOGGING A SESSION
Log in to the TEP dashboard.
Identify the appropriate course and ensure the status listed is ‘IN PROGRESS’. If the Status is ‘PAUSED’, please contact your Coach.
Click ‘View’ next to the course
Click on ‘Log Session’ and fill out the required information. If the supervisor is not listed, please follow the Adding a Supervisor Guide below.
HANDY HINT 1
Warriors should organise with their selected supervisor, a time for their first session (via text or in person) and inform them that they will be added as a supervisor and to look out for TEP text which will contain a link for them to click on and complete their details.

Prior to the Warriors session, it is good to allow for 10mins so the Warrior and their selected supervisor can step through the process of adding the Supervisor to the Warriors ‘My Supervisors’ list allowing them to log future sessions.

At the end of the session, refer to the Supervisor how to guide, ensuring that the Supervisors follow the 3 steps of feedback and successfully confirm the session. This will ensure the supervisor is familiar with the process.
3. ADDING A SUPERVISOR
Warriors can only log a session with Supervisors that appear as ‘confirmed’ in their ‘My Supervisors’ list within TEP. ‘Confirmed’ Supervisors appear in the ‘My Supervisors’ list, only after they have accepted a request to be a Supervisor.
For the purposes of this guide:
PUBLIC supervisors are those Supervisors who have ‘opted in’ to become publicly available on the TEP for all warriors to see and request sessions from.
PRIVATE supervisors are those who do not wish to be publicly available.
Logging Sessions with Supervisors
Warriors will need to review the publicly listed supervisors to see if their supervisor is listed. If theSupervisor is listed, please follow the steps in Option 1- Adding Public Supervisors. If the Supervisor is not listed, please follow Option 2 - Adding Private Supervisors.
OPTION 1 - ADDING PUBLIC SUPERVISORS
Click on the Public Supervisors button within the Supervisor section.
Review the listed supervisors and if listed, move to Step 3.
If supervisor is not listed, follow the ‘Adding Private Supervisors’ instructions below.
Once the supervisor is found, click on the “Add to My Supervisors” button which will send the supervisor a text message alerting them that the Warrior wishes to add them.
The Supervisor will now be listed within the “My Supervisors” tab. Warriors will not be able to log sessions with them until they confirm and the ‘confirmed’ status appears.
OPTION 2 - ADDING PRIVATE SUPERVISORS
If the supervisor is not listed within the Public Supervisors list, click on the ‘Add Supervisor’ list.
Fill in the appropriate details and click on the ‘submit’ button which will send the supervisor a text message alerting them that the Warrior wishes to add them.
The Supervisor will now be listed within the “My Supervisors” tab. Warriors will not able to log sessions with them until they accept the request and the ‘Confirmed’ status appears.

Q. Why I can’t log a session with my Supervisor?
A. Prior to logging any sessions with Supervisors, Students will need to ensure they have added the supervisor to their ‘My Supervisors’ list within the Trainer Experience Portal and the Supervisor will need to accept the invite and set up their profile.
Q. Why my Supervisor didn’t receive an email confirmation?
A. No emails are sent to supervisors. Once added by a student, Supervisors will be sent a confirmation SMS containing a link which they must click on and follow the prompts to accept the invitation. Once Supervisors have accepted, they will appear as ‘Confirmed’ in ‘My Supervisors’ list and available for session requests.
Q. What can I do if my account is "Paused"?
A. If you are unable to log hours due to your account being paused, please reach out to your coach who will be able to assist you.
