GYYMI is the best Personal Assistant for Personal Trainers. Or putting it another way - The best PA for PTs.
Q. HOW MUCH DOES GYYMI CHARGE?
The GYYMI app is FREE to download. Nominal booking fees are charged to users of the app along with transaction/credit card fees. All fees and charges are clearly displayed to GYYMI users prior to confirmation of payments, so you always know what you are paying for. For full details of fees and charges see below.
Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP ON GYYMI?
We know your time is precious so within just a few basic steps, you will be up and running within just a few minutes and be able to instantly access all the great features of GYYMI. Once set up on GYYMI the time you will save will amaze you.

Q. HOW MUCH DOES GYYMI CHARGE GYMS?
A. The GYYMI app is FREE to download. Nominal booking fees are charged to users of the app along with relevant transaction/credit card fees. All fees and charges are clearly displayed to App users prior to confirmation of payments, so you always know what you are paying for. Gyms set their price based on an hourly rate basis. A 10% booking fee is charged to the gym for the session. Eg: If a gym sets their price @ $15, a $1.50 booking fee will be charged for that session when booked. The gym will be paid out $13.50 for that session. (less any transaction/account fees by Stripe).
Q. WHAT IF I AM REGISTERED FOR GST?
A. GYYMI makes running your gym super easy! If you have selected ‘GST registered‘ when setting up your profile on GYYMI all invoicing to your business and from you to your Trainers will incorporate the GST charges. GYYMI wants to do all the hard stuff for you and make running your Fitness business as easy as possible. Look professional and organised with GYYMI. See sample invoice below, automatically generated and sent to your clients at the touch of a button.
Q. WILL I BE BETTER OFF FINANCIALLY WITH GYYMI?
A. With GYYMI, you can watch your income grow, effortlessly! It‘s as simple as setting up your available blocks of time where you want more people in your gym, you set the hourly price, you set the number of people you want training at any one time and GYYMI does the rest! What are you waiting for?! Get your Gym on the map and earn more today. GYYMI costs you nothing to be on the GYYMI map being searched by personal trainers. If a PT books your gym, you will make money for very little effort by you or your team.
Q. WILL GYYMI IMPACT MY NORMAL BUSINESS?
A. With GYYMI you are always in control. After all, you know your business better than anyone else! If you have quiet times in the gym that you would love to fill with people training and increase your daily income, then these times are perfect to set up your available blocks in. Want flexibility around when you open your gym to qualified Personal Trainers? No problem! You can apply a simple block structure or get as complex as you like with setting up your available blocks. There are no limits with the number of blocks you can set up across your day, each block can be set to suit your busy and quiet periods – increase or decrease your capacity, increase or decrease your hourly session price, you’re in control.
Q. HOW DO I KNOW GYYMI TRAINERS ARE QUALIFIED?
A. Only qualified and insured Trainers can register with GYYMI. We suggest all new Trainers to your gym you request a meet and greet 15minutes prior to their first session so you can meet each other. This is a great opportunity to show them around and give them an induction to your gym, let them know the culture and vibe you have created and any gym etiquette you would like them to maintain. We encourage all GYYMI Trainers to have their qualifications uploaded to their phone, so feel free to ask to see them any time. With GYYMI you will open the door of your gym to a world of qualified and energetic Trainers and their clients!
Q. HOW DO I SET MY BLOCKS TO SUIT MY GYM OPENING TIMES?
There are a couple of ways you can do this. Firstly, you can set up the block times across different days when you set up blocks at the initial first set up. Make sure you highlight each day of the week you wish to add the block to and then save. If you wish to edit a block you can do this at any time by choosing the block you wish to edit block button. If you wish to add a block you can do this at any time. You can DELETE a block if there aren't any bookings on that date and time.
Q. CAN I SET THE HOURLY RATE?
Of course. You can decide what hourly rate you would like to set for each block on any day of the week. We suggest that you make sure it is competitive and attractive. One way you can decide is to download GYYMI as a trainer and see how they see you and the other gyms on GYYMI. Check the rates they are charging and make your decision.

Here are a bunch of questions that we regularly get asked by Trainers and Gym Owners to help you out!
Q. HOW MUCH DOES GYYMI CHARGE TRAINERS?
The GYYMI app is FREE to download. Nominal booking fees are charged to users of the APP along with relevant transaction/Credit Card fees. All fees and charges are clearly displayed to App users prior to confirmation of payments, so you always know what you are paying for. Trainers can make a booking at a Gym of their choice. A 10% booking fee + 50c is charged to the Trainer for the session. Eg: If a Trainer books a $15 Gym session, a $1.50 + .50c booking fee will be charged for that session when booked. The Trainer will pay $17.00 for that session. (plus any transaction/credit card fees by Stripe).
If a Trainer invites a client to the app and receives payment for the session from their client, a 5% booking fee is charged eg: If a Trainer sets their client price @ $80 a session, a $4.00 booking fee will be charged for that session when booked. In this instance, the 10% gym booking fee outlined above will be waived and the Trainer will be paid out $76 for that session. (less any transaction/account fees by Stripe).
